Technical support from our helpdesk available during normal office hours at cost/ per hour.

Annual calibration

10% discount on the annual calibration using internationally European traceable instruments. Results of calibration presented in a calibration certificate.

Yearly service visit

10% dsiscount on the annual visit (every 12 months) to keep your equipment and machines in good operating condition and to ensure your equipment will live up to calibration requirements. Service technician travel expenses at cost.

Free software update

Free software updates of station controllers and if applicable PC SCITEQ Software.

On-site training

Ongoing training of your operating personnel at different user levels. We of course offer individual training when new members have joined your team.

10% Discount

You will automatically have 10% discount on all spare parts for SCITEQ equipment.

One annual service visit (every twelve months) to keep your equipment in good operating condition. An expert operational maintenance program is laid down for you. The preventive maintenance is managed and executed by SCITEQ technicians. Service technician travel expenses at cost.

Free software update

Free software updates of station controllers and if applicable PC SCITEQ Software.

On-site training

Ongoing training of your operating personnel at different user levels. We of course offer individual training when new members have joined your team.

15% Discount

Service technician travel expenses are included.

Free software updates of station controllers and if applicable PC SCITEQ Software.

On-site training

Ongoing training of your operating personnel at different user levels. We of course train new members in your team individually at the relevant user level.

20% Discount
